Cognizant Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Very worst experience in cognizant, they don't have any process, at the time of interview schedule they said only few will come but people coming like walk in. Took whole day (9 am to 7 pm). Two rounds (technical) are there , after two rounds you have to wait for HR round almost 3-4 hours you have to wait. Only one HR is their who take HR round one by one. In my case after technical round cleared they said you are already over salaried person, we can't afford you , they wasted my whole day to tell that. Very unprofessional behavior from cogni HR. Gives only 30% max hike
