Cognizant Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

As I have seen in the reviews that they make you stand outside like layman same happened. They told that we are unable to generate security pass for you you have to wait outside. Then they arrange chair outside without any AC. Then they called one by one. Have face 2 rounds First was Technical written in Java coding and theory then Face2Face. Then was told that HR will inform you. But HR never called even asking her on email for the status she didn't reply. HR should atleast inform about the result.

3 Rounds of interview, 1. Technical round 2. Managerial round 3. HR round. Sometimes only Technical and HR round take place. Based on the technology they call the candidate and schedule for interview.HR people are very helpful they always keep in touch with candidate and keep updating.
