Cognizant Associate - Projects interview questions

Group discussion: One topic provided to each group to discuss Aptitude test: Logical and numeric reasoning Technical Interview: Data structure algorithms, Operating Systems Human Resources: Likes and dislikes, conflict resolution, strengths and weaknesses General Knowledge related questions

They reached out in the middle of school cycle and scheduled the interview. The interview was kind of okay and I was selected after 1 round of interview. Then they scheduled client discussion. I was selected and on boarded without formal training. At client location there was no formal guidance from project managers how to work on project. I would suggest never anyone to join this company.
