the company came to the college for campus placements and interviews for eligible candidates were scheduled. in the morning there was introductory session where company reps told us about the cts. then a written aptitude exam was conducted. people were shortlisted from that test and called for interview in the evening. interviewer was nice and friendly and grilled us on our technical knowledge

Interview
The recruitment drive was very organized and fast. My Technical and Managerial rounds were finished in one day only.
I came to know about the interview about a week earlier.
There were total three rounds of Interview. The first rounds was Technical Interview which was good and interviewer asked me questions from almost all areas of my technology. He tested my logical ability and familiarity with the technology.
The second round was Managerial round. The person made me very comfortable first. He asked me questions regarding the functional aspects of the product I work in. The questions were focused on the data flow in and among the processes.
Last round was HR round which was a telephonic interview. HR asked the general questions like why I choose this company and why I am leaving my current organization.
