Cognizant Project Manager interview questions

Initial contact by the recruiter Phone interview with the recruiter Phone interview with the hiring manager Group interview with hiring manager and team of 7 It’s been 3 weeks since the interview and I️ have not heard a yes or no answer. I’ve reached out to the recruiter who’s my point of contact and still no response. For such a big company this is somewhat unprofessional, it’s a yes or no answer, the easiest thing to do is to send out an automated email and say no thank you! I’m somewhat surprised about the lack of response at this point given I️ didn’t have a terrible interview.
