I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Feb 2022
Interview
I had two pretty basic interviews, first with my potential manager. Mainly discussing my experience and school projects. The second interview was with two senior mechanical engineers. This interview went more into the details of my projects. They asked very good questions about what my specific role was for each project on my resume. No questions were trying to stump me, all just learning about what I did through a good conversation.
