The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Tempe, AZ) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process included an online test and in-person interview. You can choose to complete the test onsite or from your own computer. The interview was very easy but it just took a while since there were a lot of applicants in the building during the time I went in. Having a referral definitely helped out. The people interviewing me gave me the job right after we spoke. I got interviewed twice back to back. Once from a person on the hiring team and then the hiring manager. I received the job right after speaking with the hiring manager.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Anderson, IN) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was smooth and easy. I dressed professionally and had to complete an ongoing computer assessment test that took approximately 30 minutes to an hour. Then after the testing I had to wait to be interviewed by the human resource department for concentrix. The individual that interviews you goes over a lot about the company.
