I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Quezon City, Quezon City)
Interview
Interview took a while since they try to make it so that everything gets done within the day but was ultimately sent home without an offer anyway. Initial one which happened on-site was okay, this was my first job so I don't really know what the standard should be, but they asked the usual questions you'd expect and the officer that talked to me was able to make use of that info well, they placed me into an account which was in line with my interests. The final interview that followed was also pretty good, the team leader that interviewed me was nice and accomodating and they were supportive. Overall it was a pretty good experience but I suppose it still varies on the individual doing the interview specifically.
Very short, around 15 minutes with generic questions asked. A few questions asked to check whether or not i speak english well. After an interview I had 2 language tests that i had to pass.
