Concentrix Customer Support Representative interview questions

they emailed me said that they got an excellent opportunity as CS (mobile helpdesk). Then they send me 3 steps of technical assessment and told me to send it back via email in 2 hours time. As the next step, I had a telephonic interview with them. But thats all. Very unprofessional as he said i could get the result in 2 days time either I get the job or been rejected but I've never heard anything from them until now.
