I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Belfast, Nordirland) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 stage process- telephone skills, they set up a call between you and the interviewer and give you a script to work from, basic maths exam this is just adding, minusing and calculating percentage deductions-a calculator is given and face to face this is about you and they ask you survival skills questions- this to me seemed pointless I'm not bear grylls and wasn't applying for a job in the jungle.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Concentrix (Kuala Lumpur) in Jun 2016
Interview
they emailed me said that they got an excellent opportunity as CS (mobile helpdesk).
Then they send me 3 steps of technical assessment and told me to send it back via email in 2 hours time. As the next step, I had a telephonic interview with them. But thats all.
Very unprofessional as he said i could get the result in 2 days time either I get the job or been rejected but I've never heard anything from them until now.
I applied online. I interviewed at Concentrix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
After completing an application online, I received an email explaining the next steps. One of the steps was that I would receive an email to take online assessment, such as typing speed tests. I needed to complete those steps before receiving an invitation to the Recruiter Session, which was like a live online meeting with Recruiters. After the meeting, all participants were offered the chance to set up a time to participate in the second interview.
