I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix in Jun 2016
Interview
I was a bit nervous during the interview however the interviewer was very nice which helped me to calm my self down. Once you passed the initial interview, you will be given a test paper which you need to answer and of course pass in order to proceed. (English, math, grammar, etc). When i passed the test they told me to go to the clinic nd had my medical examination. And lastly the final interview. After that they they would tell you one by one if u passed or not. Though overall the experience was great and challenging.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had to go through a series of tests, a online presentation, and then a regular interview. During the presentation, found out that I cannot use my own computer, I need to disable all of the call features off of my phone, I cannot pick the days I have off, and that I need a webcam for training. Combined with the low amount of pay being offered, I am declining this job offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Belfast, Nordirland) in Apr 2015
Interview
Quite simple, about personality in general and some role play. Very easy. As long as you know the language, no need to worry. Most of the applicants apply for a job in their mother language: Italian, French, Dutch, German. I was applying for Italian-English and none of these is my mother language, so if I manage to pass the interview,I am sure everyone can.
