Conduent Customer Service CSR interview questions

Complete a test, once you passed the test you will then move to the next stage which is the recruiter interview and once successful, your sent to manager interview, once you pass this one, most times you are selected on the spot where your given the acceptance letter from the recruiting department to begin the process, sometimes they call you after.

The interview process was simple but a bit long. I had to wait a few hours to do simple assessments. Plus, I had to be interviewed by multiple managers-I think 1 manager could have interviewed me and asked all the questions.
