Conduent Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interviewer was pretty rude. I think he was a recruiter. Negative experience. Would not recommend this company at all actually. Glad I didn't get the job, it worked out for the best

Zoom meeting; in-depth and pleasant. Interviewer was very informative and made sure the information relayed was understood. Overall, it was easy and quick. I would recommended to others without hesitating. Granted, the job may not be for everyone but you'll never know unless you try.
