Interview
Walk in, complete assessments, sit down for interview which consists of 3 questions and a brief description of the campaign you applied for. You have 2 typing tests to complete and a simulation of call center scenarios. Once you're finished with that and you can type better than 25 wpm, you're called back for an "interview".

Application, assessment, phone interview, final interview with hiring manager. Final interview started with introduction, overview of the role, behavioral questions then Q&A. Time frame for the whole process was two weeks and got the offer call 2 days later

You have to take an assessment - it's the same one many ask you to take. It is not hard, just questions about personality and what would you do situations.

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
