Interview
I had to reschedule my third-round interview due to a personal emergency, and the team was initially understanding. However, when I followed up to confirm a new date, I was informed that they were changing their interview process and that an assessment was now required before moving forward. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but it turned out to be much more extensive, including scenario-based questions and technical immigration content. While I understand the need for thorough evaluations, the sudden change in the process and the significant time commitment far beyond what was communicated made the experience frustrating and overly time-consuming.

Interview
I applied for the role via LinkedIn and was contacted 3 days later for an interview. The entire process was seamless.
They have an incredible and talented HR team! They were warm, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the interview process. They communicated next steps clearly and provided guidance on how to prepare. The interview focused on my experience and skills. What impressed me most was how quickly they provided feedback.

Interview
I started the process in May and everything was completed within three weeks. I received an offer and joined the company.
The first step was a call with the recruiter. It was relaxed and informative. The recruiter had all the details about the team and the role, and I had space to ask my own questions.
Then I received a take-home assignment. It wasn’t hard, but the goal was to write code that could be used in production. Based on that, they assess the seniority level. I received detailed and helpful feedback.
After that, I had a technical interview. It wasn’t focused on the assignment, but on concepts, how I think, and how I solve problems. Since I applied for a frontend role, there were several questions related to React documentation.
Then I had two more interviews. One was the Elevate interview, where we discussed how I would act in certain situations. The other was the Culture fit interview, focused on team fit and company values. Both were pleasant and natural conversations.
Two days later, I received the offer. Overall, the process was fast, transparent, and everyone I spoke with was professional and kind.
