Define the difference between dependencies and risk. How do you plan for risk mitigation?
Anonymous
A dependency is a relationship between tasks.A risk is a possible event which may have a negative or positive effect on your project. Some program managers think that dependencies are just unplanned risks. Risk management is an ongoing process that continues through the life of a project. It includes processes for risk management planning, identification, analysis, monitoring and control. Many of these processes are updated throughout the project lifecycle as new risks can be identified at any time.
