Initial phone screening with an HR rep then zoom interview with twe to three people in the finance org. Pretty typical and simple behavioral questions nothing technical or case related.

Interview
There were four different interviewers interviewed me. They asked various behavioral questions and questions about my previous experience and why I wanted to work for dell technologies. Each of the interviewers was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about the position.
It's very straightforward and easygoing. The interviewers are friendly and make the whole interview seem like an organic conversation. There were no technical questions; it's more about you and your interest in the company/position.
