Dell Technologies Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I got a call from the recruiter without a notice, at 6:30 in the morning (since I live in Arizona), I did not answer thinking it was some spam call and there was a voicemail with name and number. Well at least he emailed me with his details after I did not answer. I responded to email and also called back to the number the same day with no response. Emailed the recruiter again for the second time with no response. I do not know if I would have gotten the job or not but it left me wondering how things would have been if I had answered the call. This is no lottery, you reject a person after talking to them not because they did not answer a phone call

No fixed procedure, if you are asking for low salary then they might select you even by one round. They dont know what they are looking for. The senior manager even after asking all the questions and getting the answers will ask you how comfortable you are in that technology . Dont waste your time if your expectation is good. They will keep on interviewing and HR will hide at the end.
