4 rounds - CV, verbal reasoning / maths, group exercise, 1 on 1. Applied online, then had around 30 Qs on maths and verbal reasoning. Must practice beforehand as whilst not too challenging, there is a bit of a nack with some practice. Group excercise - all about listening and not being too overbearing, but just having a few intelligent things to say. Pick someone quiet and ask them what they think - always works a treat. Asking the right questions to other people during a group excercise is key; don't need to talk forever. 1 on 1 is basically about not screwing up. Just be natural, research heavily and practice but as long as you show curiosity that's fine. They know you are smart enough from your CV and first 3 rounds so don't need to worry about impressing from intelligence perspective, really just about showing engagement
