Interview
The interviewer was relaxed and easy to talk to. All of the questions were straightforward and not technical. The interview was about personality and more behavioral. That being said I got one question phrased as a riddle to see thought process. In the end if you prepare slightly on the current events of Deloitte and then be relaxed the interview should go well.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
