I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Deloitte in Feb 2012
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews on campus -- each round (one per day) was 2 interviews (30 minutes) back to back, so 4 interviews total. The greeter called to extend an offer the evening after the 2nd round, so the whole process only took 3 days (prenight, round 1, round 2). Generally the process is to have the first round of interviews on campus, and then the second round at the office, but they chose to do an interview "blitz" so both rounds were on campus. People who received offers were then invited for an office visit, which consisted of presentations and "discussion time" with some of the professionals.
Each interviewer seems to have a target for their questioning (e.g., motivation, teamwork, leadership, conflict, etc.) The interviewers can be intimidating at times and the questions are somewhat challenging because they might give you a situation and ask you for parallel situations that you have experienced. They want to see if you have experiences that relate to the ones you may face at the firm.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you used your network to achieve something that you wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026
Interview
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
