Interview
First of all applicants are required to attempt the Apt test
Second stage is case discussion. Qualified applicants will be invited to manager interview right after the discussion.
Lastly, partner interview will be sent to those who pass the manager interview.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
