Interview
The interview process was not as lengthy as I thought it would be. The process in Deloitte Indonesia was very smooth and clear. I had to complete an English test and then 3 interviews (HR, Team, and Director). During the team interview, a case study was provided but it was quite general. They want to know how you solve the case. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
