All applications were required to attend orientation before the technical round. The interview process was a bit longer as it has 3 elimination rounds, technical, HR and Partner round. Good part is the results are declared on time saving the time of applicants.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
