I did my final interview one over zoom (one-on-one format. They ask 1-2 STAR based questions from their "what are they looking for in candidates" pack which you should receive via email. They'll all ask you what business unit of their clients (portfolio, large and complex, or financial) you want to be in, so study which one you want as well.

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
