Straightforward and easy interview, 1 on 1. Just be natural and confident in your answers.
Behavioural questions were asked with regards to working in a team. No technical accounting/audit related questions. Was also asked why I chose audit despite knowing about the long hours.

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
