I recalled some minor mistake I recently made and I said that I corrected the mistake as soon as I became aware of it and notified the people affected. Obviously, they are trying to weed out people who make a lot of mistakes or lie and say they never make mistakes or who blame their mistakes on others or who cover up their mistakes.
