The interview process was one of the most disorganized and disappointing experiences I’ve encountered.
It began with an unusual amount of administrative paperwork, including forms and stamping procedures, before the first interview even took place. This was followed by multiple interview rounds with panels and HR representatives, all scheduled with very little coordination or clear communication.
Despite the chaotic nature of the process, I was eventually issued an offer letter. However, a week before my planned start date, the company unexpectedly rescinded the offer. They cited vague issues from a background check — including concerns over my credit score (despite only having standard student loans) — but offered no clear explanation.
The timing and lack of transparency made the entire process feel careless and unprofessional. Retracting an offer after making it official, especially so close to the joining date, shows a serious disregard for candidates’ time and commitments. No apology, no accountability, and no proper closure.
