Interview
Called me in for a face to face interview in Chicago and had a behavioral interview then a technical interview with one of their software developers. The questions were all pretty straightforward and expected,, like writing a sorted list program etc.

Question 1
Asked a series of behavioral questions, and then some technical questions related to Java programming. Difference between compiling language and language before compiling, writing a sort loop in Java etc. Not too hard, but could've been easier. Overall it was nice
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Applied via campus recruiter. Interview asked puzzle-type questions, interviewers not very personable. Did not enjoy interview process, no questions related to internship program and job skills. Had 2 30 minute interviews on campus with current employees who didn't run the internship program and didn't seem to know much about the program itself. Probably would have been better for full-time interviews.

Question 1
Population of US in 30 years, cars sold in US, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Discover in May 2013
Interview
I had 4 interviews overall conducted by three managers and one HR. HR was mostly just to check my communication skills. The three other interviews involved some technical questions about analytics. The questions were not very advanced and they basically were related to the work that is performed by respective teams and to check where would I be a fit.
