The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

The interview process went by great. This is the order it went in.
1. Phone call - to talk about your resume and questions about you.
2. A Zoom call to ask questions to test your knowledge about networking, programming, and Linux.
3. 5 interviews in one day with a presentation at the end.

First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
