EPAM Systems NET Software Engineer interview questions

Interviewer was very busy with his own stuff. He put me on hold twice. He said was busy with client call. I feel it was not sincere and not respectful to me as a candidate. If you allocated this period for the interview, why you would use this period to do something else? Can a candidate attend a interview session and put the interviewer on hold because there is a client call?

Got a call through linkedin. Initial screening, 2 Technical, 1 manager, 1 director. Every round minimum 1hr and all are Face to face discussions. After that no response from recruiter and I Called multiple times with different numbers but no proper response from recruiter. Waste of time
