The first interview (HR) was a very good one. Plenty of answers, a really good conversation that gave me a really good image of the company.
The problem was the tech interview. The interviewer started asking questions related to a programming language (nothing strange there), but later he wanted me to know by hard memory the code syntax of some processes in automation, and he focused only and only in that. After that part, he just closed the interview. If you're applying for a senior position, at least you should get asked about manual QA, test planning, test strategy, team management, and other questions that are also needed to evaluate! Well, this was not the case. The next day the feedback was immediately sent by the recruiter. Besides, those tests where you code live are in the past. Good code requires time, that's why things like coding challenges and technical tests exist.
