there were five rounds , a group discussion then an aptitude then a HR round and finally two tech rounds, the last being sort of partner round. The HR questions were quite basic , the tech rounds had audit and accounting questions - couple of journal entries along with fundamental accounting questions.

The technical round is a bit difficult but the managers were cool enough to get you going.
