EY came to campus for recruitment. It was a 2 day process. First round was AMCAT based test with aptitude, verbal and technical multiple choice questions. Around 20% of strength were shortlisted for GD. Each GD team consisted of 12 members, out of which 3-4 members were selected for interviews. GD was purely based on communication skills and building points on others ideas. Be open to everyone around you and speak fluently. Next day, had an HR round first which consisted of formal questions like tell me about yourself, why EY, educational background, etc. The interviewers were very professional and friendly. After HR, there was a technical round which lasted for about half an hour. Purely technical and they dig deep on your area of interest. So prepare well and perform wisely. They don't always expect the answer but the approach is equally important. I was told that I have been selected after the technical interview. If they are doubtful, in some cases, they may go for 2nd round of technical interview for a few people, although it's rare. But I have seen a few. The selected students were immediately announced in about 3 hours and I am privileged to be one among them in my college. Just be frank and communicate really well
