Interview
I applied online through our university recruiting system. I was called for a pre-interview night get together where all the people interviewing for positions got to meet the interviewers and ask them questions before the actual interview.
At the interview my interviewer was completely inattentive. At one point she looked like she was sleeping and wasn't paying attention at all. No wonder I never heard back from them.

Question 1
Nothing unusual. Tell me about yourself. Also spent some time going over my resume.

Interview
My first interview was an on-campus interview-- mainly behavioral questions and a run through of my resume. Second interview, I was invited to the EY office and interviewed by 3 people including HR. Mainly behavioral as well, asking predominantly about my track for the CPA exam. Then after the interview I got a tour of the office. People were very nice and friendly, great work environment. I got the offer within two weeks.

Interview
Got an interview after an on campus recruiting event. Attended a pre-interview dinner where I met people who worked in different divisions of the firm. Had an on campus interview the following day with the recruiter. Not a difficult interview, very basic questions discussing background, etc. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.
