I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Luxembourg) in Jan 2023
Interview
An initial HR phone call followed by a technical interview with an audit manager to discuss the role and questions based on accounting, very important to do research and know your stuff. There was a set of exams to do before these interviews and I would reccomend learning all the answers to the audit exam

Question 1
Tell us about your school track (when you'll be graduating, CPA eligibility, etc)
Very chill, not too much technical analysis, soft skills like light on technical stuff, more about soft skills like communication, teamwork, and reading the room. Think less charts and numbers, more people skills and good energy.
