I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call a few days later telling me to go for the interview. There was only 1 round of interview at their office, it was a group of 5 candidates interviewed by 2 managers. The process was not hard and the questions were not difficult. Due to time constraints, there were only 2 questions being asked during the interview. Most of the time, you will be listening to others' response instead of talking. The managers were very friendly.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Warschau, Masowien) in Sep 2015
Interview
I've passed the tests to EY, they were really hard. The hardest part was definitely the lack of time, as every exercise required some time to think in order to solve it. I advise to practice a bit in order to pass them without much problems. I'll have the interview in few days, but I was told that the tests were the most difficult part of the recruitments process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Mailand) in Jun 2015
Interview
Online tests and then assesment center: group case discussion, HR interview, technical interview. The HR managers were kind and friendly, whereas the manager of technical interview was quite hostile, he asked me some very difficult facts about balance sheet.
