I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Jun 2014
Interview
The process itself felt professional at the beginning. I took a standard IQ/Basic Accounting test in order to prove that I am smart enough. After that, I received an invitation for an interview. During the interview, I had the most awkward moments in my life as the interviewer didn't really ask any questions that would test my skills or experience. The only question was tell me a little bit about yourself.
Submitted online, interviewed in 1.5 weeks. There was a pre-interview networking event where you get to meet your interviewer and other students who are interviewing with the same job. Freely ask about company culture, experiences, advices etc.
