I have been invited to an assessment centre in Paris, which comprised:
1) group work: you are touristic guides who have to organise a trip in a city, each one has different clients and objectives and you have to organise a trip trying to adapt it to all the needs of the clients
2) test: SHL style, numerical/logical test
3) interview with an HR:

first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
Typical interview panel design not too difficult it’s alright not complicated audit procedures understanding financial statements so many questions what do you know about the organization audit firm services nature
