Easy, no technical interview. Just based on previous experience and fit for job, knowledge of EY, interest in position, how you would handle certain situations. Have good knowledge of company projects.
The interview process consisted of 1 assessment day with 2 additional personal interviews with senior managers. During the assessment day, we had to solve one longer case where you had approximately 30 min to solve the case and 10 minutes to present it with the help of a whiteboard. There was also a personal interview during the assessment day.
