Eaton Field Service Engineer interview questions

For college hires, there is an on-campus interview with the local district manager, followed by second-round interviews with two managers from other districts, plus a presentation on why Eaton should hire you.

Applied online and received an email to complete a phone interview. Overall the phone interview was a positive experience. I was asked a few questions about my work experience and resume, and then I was asked 3 behavioral questions as well. I was later contacted for a second in-person interview, so at this stage I did not receive an offer yet.
