Eaton Field Service Engineer interview questions

Had a phone interview initially with situational questions. Got offered an onsite interview within the week. Went to the Warrendale office for onsite. Had an overview of the company and different positions. Then we had interviews with two different managers all with situational questions. Had lunch provided and then went on to the power systems experience where they show all the different products in action.

First there were two to three phone interviews followed by an in person interview. During the interview there were skills test and you had to interpret electrical schematics for them. Next were questions about you would handle difficult situations such as difficult customers, difficult machine issues, unethical behavior, and how to handle a problem you couldn't resolve.
