I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online and received an email about 2 weeks later to schedule interviews. The interviews were on campus and consisted of 2 one-on-one interviews that lasted a little less than an hour each. Both interviews were scheduled in the same day. The interviews consisted of strictly behavioral questions (no technical questions). About 1 week later, I got an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Gaithersburg, MD) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied through Indeed. After 2 weeks, I received a phone call from their HR and scheduled an interview a week later. The interview was conducted by two persons. They started with behavioral question then technical questions. The technical questions were based on the projects I put on my resume. They asked me some knowledges about programming language, and let me write a few lines of code. The whole process was relatively relaxing. Then I received the e-offer after a day, which gave me 2 weeks to accept or decline.
