Edwards Lifesciences interview questions

Applied online. The whole process took over 2 months from applying to second round interview. I had a phone interview initially and then 2 days where there were 4 separate zoom interviews. The process was unnecessarily long, some interviews were moved from one day to the next which is extremely inconvenient for anyone booking time off work. Never heard back from them but assumed it was a no after two weeks.

Applied online and received an email that they were interested in speaking with me that included a few dates and times. I let them know which date and time worked best for me and never heard back. A week went by and I followed up asking if we were still speaking and they then asked for a different date. We had a 30 min phone call that went great. I sent them a thank you email thanking them for their time. They said the interview went very well on their end too and they wanted to have a zoom interview and gave me dates and times. I let them know which time worked best and then was ghosted for another week. I followed up again since it was now past the date and time we chose and then we finally had the zoom interview. I was told by the recruiter and another internal employee who said I did very well and they were very happy how it went. Was then ghosted for another two weeks and followed up again and then they said they needed someone with more years of experience even though I had more than was was needed on the LinkedIn job posting. I have since then applied to a few other positions where they have asked to interview me and then they ghost me. Very disappointed in the recruitment process so far and wish I could have received honest feedback as too why I was not moved forward in the process when everyone I speak with always says their are no concerns and they really enjoyed speaking with me. It would only benefit myself to actually know why they did not move forward with me when I do in fact have the required years of experience needed. Not an enjoyable recruiting process!
