It was a series of interviews. The first was by phone and the second was at the local branch. The third was with the area manager. It was fairly easy just very long and had to meet with many people.

The interview questions they ask you are fairly easy. They ask you about past customer service experience and what you hope to learn from them and if you are willing to grow with the company.
