Got an email from a an individual in the H.R department. She asked me to fill out an application on their website. A week later I was contacted again by the same individual to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was simple enough, the standard interview questions were asked. I then received an email asking that I write two on-line tests. The first was a personality assessment. The second was an assessment of comprehension, writing, mathematical and programming skills.

Question 1
The programming portion of the assessment test was the most "difficult", it was a surprise because the position was for a financial analyst, and I did not expect it.
I received an email to apply online after they reviewed my resume at Monster. I applied, got Ph interview, and took assessments and personality test. Week later, I received an email that they are moving forward with other applicants at this time.
Ph interview - very basic questions about your resume, salary desired. No need to prepare for ph interview.
Good Luck!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2010
Interview
Flew me out to Madison. Treated us to a nice dinner the night before the interview. Interview day was a long process with multiple interviews and a quiz. Very nice people- from the interviewers to the employees showing us around. The headquarters were very interesting- not a typical HQ.
