Applied first during career fair at my university. Then received a call from them for a phone interview. Did a skills assessment in the meantime. Then, finally, an in-person interview.

Question 1
Two candles. They each burn out in 1 hour. How can you tell when 45 minutes have passed?
There’s a 3 hour quiz to start with logic questions after the initial phone interview. Then there’s a role interview with a case study of what you would do in a certain situation and teaching a subject of your choice.
phone screen, followed by around 3 hour test and personality exam, and then multi stage final interview with discussion on job and company fit. also case study in the interview

5 step process, was nice to see different aspects of the teams. Several questions about the role and ways in which I can handle certain situations. Overall was a great experience.
