After sending in the application I was contacted to fill out a personality test, then was called for a phone interview which was basically a resume walkthrough. This was followed by a skills assessment and I am now waiting to see if I get called back

How often do you take a leadership role when working with a group?
Phone calls; in-office visit (including plane/hotel); tests on-site as I was being interviewed for two positions at the time. Full day of interviewing, some people had forms to populate, others more casual, was taken to lunch in the cafeteria including a brief tour of the campus.

Initial communication began with the career fair at my school, where I just handed them my resume and from that they filled out a small post it note of the most pertinent information. From there, I took the rembrant test, had a phone interview, and took a proctored skills assessment. I am still waiting for the next step.
