Epic Project Manager & Implementation Consultant interview questions

I had a friend place my resume into HR, and quickly received a call from Epic to interview. I completed an online personality test (which basically wants to test how emotionally reactive you are as a person). The test also has some math type questions and other really random questions that no one could prepare for. Then I had an online skills test and tests at a testing center. Those were very SAT-like, but much easier than the SAT. They have really tricky questions as well that seem to test your on the spot thinking, fast paced thinking. Those are detailed here by several other people... (I used glass door when I applied). I was finally offered an in person interview, which I attended. They took me out in a group the night before and I've been told that this is not part of the hiring process, but Iwould still put on your best effort to ask questions and be polite. Don't order alcohol. That's a no no in general I think, and only one guy ordered alcohol at our table of 5. I don't know if he got an offer, but it seemed strange to me. The day after your dinner you will be on site. They give you an agenda and you have several behavioral interviews, and a case interview. Prepare very detailed and specific answers to your resume and experiences for the behavioral interview. The case interview is kind of random. Mine was about an implementation of epic software in a hospital with a doctor who would not cooperate. It was difficult. It was also given to me with another candidate so they are looking to see who speaks up first. Finally, after every single step in the interview process I responded to all epic employees that I spoke with, thanking them for their time, and inquiring about "next steps." I really think this pushed my interview process along. It showed them that I was interested. Also, if you have other job offers they will work to expedite your process. Ultimately I got not offer because I messed up my in person interviews. I'm pretty sure I should have prepared a bit more than I did.
