I applied on their website by filling out a basic information form and uploading my resumé. I was contacted two days later to schedule a Skills Assessment test and a phone call with a current employee. I scheduled the Skills Assessment test for the 21st of December and the phone call for the 22nd of December, very soon after I received the initial email (17th of December) asking me to schedule all of this. The Skills Assessment test was tricky and graded for time and accuracy (all of the questions can be found on Glassdoor if you look hard enough, which I didn't take full advantage of). The phone interview went fine for me, my interviewer being very personable and helpful in answering my questions about Epic, etc. I received an email on the 5th of January (today, not even 30 minutes ago) stating that they had decided to proceed with other applicants.
My advice: Put all of your marbles into the Skills Assessment. The phone interview is a very, very insignificant part of the first-round process. Make sure you do your research on Glassdoor before you take the Skills Assessment test. Almost every question on the Skills Assessment can be found on this site.
